China is the second largest economy in the world. This K-Visa of China is being introduced from 1 October 2025.
The application process for China’s K-Visa is similar to the American H-1B Visa. China offers 12 types of visas, and the new K-Visa is expected to offer more benefits. China’s K-Visa is generally for talented young foreign students.

This new American visa policy has left many people worried, while China, on the other hand, wants to use this opportunity to welcome talent from abroad and increase development in its own country.
And it is showing the world a new light. So even though America has taken the lead in tariff policy, China can beat America in visa policy.
To apply for a K-Visa in China, you must have a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or a bachelor’s degree from a globally recognized institution. You must have knowledge of information technology, science, etc. The rules for this visa are similar to the American H-1B Visa.
After international students finished their schooling, a visa was an important way for them to stay in America.

According to the US government, India was the largest recipient of H-1B visas last year. 70 percent of H-1B visa applicants were Indians. China was in second place with 11.7 percent.
With this new visa move by the US government, thousands of young people and businessmen will have to give up hope of working in America and find new alternatives.
