Mohammad Shami re-prepared for his comeback against India on Tuesday, reminding selectors that his stellar performance for Bengal in the Ranji Trophy is the result of his hard work.
Veteran bowler Mohammed Shami, who stepped down from national team duties after undergoing ankle surgery, produced a remarkable spell of 141 runs against Gujarat at the Eden Gardens.
After the game, Mohammed Shami said: “His aim was just to stay fit and perform.”
